Ask Hibret and the church Questions inbox

Members can ask a person. Questions about your church come to "Questions" in the church portal. On hibret.org, anyone can use "Ask Hibret".

   In the menu, click "Questions". The number shows the open questions. Each card shows the question, who asked it and in which language.

   You also get an email for each new question, or one summary in the morning, as the church administrator chose in Settings.

   Write the answer in the person's language and press "Send the answer". Leave "Save as a standard answer" on: Hibret keeps a general version without names, emails or phone numbers, so the helper can answer the next person.

   The person gets the answer by email and sees it in Hibret.

   You cannot answer it? Write a note for Hibret if you like, and press "Pass to Hibret". Hibret answers the person by email.

   The question stays on your list, marked "With Hibret". Hibret's answer shows there later.

   "Standard answers" lists your church's saved answers. You can edit or remove one at any time.

   On hibret.org, anyone can press "Ask Hibret" (in Amharic "ምን ልርዳዎት") at the bottom of every page. It answers questions about Hibret from the help guides. For a person, they press "Ask a person", and Hibret answers by email.

   Questions about your church's own matters are best asked to your church's leaders.
